A Chinese couple’s bizarre fight over spilled coffee ended with a man rolling on a shopping mall’s floor.

The lovers’ heated row outside a McDonald’s at a mall in Hangzhou was filmed by an onlooker who shared the footage on social media site Weibo before uploading it to YouTube on Monday.

It shows the young couple, whose identity is not yet known, arguing after the man apparently dropped his coffee cup on the pristine floor.

The woman marches off but the man follows before trying to console her.

He then gets down on the floor and begins rolling around, apparently in a deliberate attempt to aggravate her further.

As he continues with the theatrical display, she pretends to kick him, as bemused witnesses film the action on their smartphones.

Online commentators were split over the couple’s behaviour.

One said: “He’s not throwing a tantrum. He’s being passive aggressive and trying to embarrass her publicly.”

Another wrote: “So while you are down there you can clean the coffee up, fella...”

And one person said: “Looks like the local amateur dramatics society had a nice day out.”

This isn't a racist statement at all unless they are not chinese right?

No brother Jah, Sam is not to be blamed for being non-Chinese. His frequent envy-derived outbursts against Chinese is understandable and forgiven. Poor fellow. We Chinese, on the other hand, should not be too proud of our esteemed genes. It is a privilege and we are just the fortunate ones. That's all.

No that's not the point. The point i am making is that when one uses a racial slur like "chink" is that considered racist or not? Because i have assholes calling me and some other ppl racist but somehow when ppl use "chink" they don't get called out so i am just asking them is it racist. Nothing about being proud or not. It's kind of funny you would even put it in such a way when asking someone if he is a racist for making racist remarks at chinese is deemed proud of one's genes.
