With so many rich foreigners and criminal elements coming to this fuckshop......
Kidnapping sure go up since the poodles are clueless about proper investigations and mounting proper operations....... without being able to nab the criminal and beating a confession out in order to secure a conviction, all it takes are. Few very clever criminals and circles would be run around these idiots ........
