【on.cc東網專訊】滙豐銀行因捲入眾籌平台「星火同盟」涉嫌洗黑錢事件，在今日(1日)民陣遊行中再次成為示威者的狙擊目標。其中位於中環的滙豐總行外的獅子銅像，晚上再被示威者放火燃燒，事後卻成為打卡點，吸引途人舉機拍照。
中環滙豐總行兩隻獅子銅像今日至少兩度被破壞，示威者先是於下午為獅子銅像噴上紅漆，令獅子變成「紅眼獅」。
晚上近7時，獅子銅像突然起火，有煙從獅口冒出，未幾火勢熄滅，事後有多人為前來與獅子拍照。
滙豐職員晚上近10時清理總行外的噴漆和雜物，但由於兩隻銅獅仍有待警方到場取證，亦須滙豐文物部門檢查損毀情况，職員未有為銅獅清洗。

[On.cc Eastnet News] HSBC was involved in a money laundering incident because it was involved in the crowdfunding platform "Spark Alliance", and it has once again become the target of demonstrators during the parade today (1st). Among them, a bronze statue of a lion outside the HSBC headquarters in Central was set on fire by protesters at night, but later became a check-in point, attracting passersby to take pictures.
Two bronze statues of the HSBC Central Bank were damaged at least twice today. Demonstrators sprayed red paint on the bronze statues in the afternoon, turning the lions into "red-eyed lions".
At about 7 pm, a bronze statue of a lion suddenly caught fire, smoke came out of the lion's mouth, and the fire was extinguished. Many people came to take photos with the lion afterwards.
HSBC staff cleaned up the paint and debris outside the head office at about 10 pm. However, since the two bronze lions are still waiting for the police to collect evidence, the HSBC cultural relics department must also inspect the damage. The staff did not clean the bronze lions.
