So, parking is a problem is Saratov. Look how they punish those parking their cars in the wrong place.

Look at the firemen & mata at far back. Simply cut the car to the right size, to fit a parking lot!

Noticed they did not cut @ the center of car, only trimming it's length to the width of normal car.
