I was in CommunicAsia and spoke to 1 IT company run by a FT and his SPG wife. He recently hired 4 staffs, 2 PRC, 1 Brit and 1 Swede. The Brit was saying its so easy to get a work permit, 2-3 weeks and its done.
The joke is I chat with all 4 non has no IT background, and yet they hired them and permit was granted.

This is how BAD the situation is in the IT Industry.
In fact One Indian once hired will do his utmost to bring in more Indians...especially if that Indian is in a position of make decisions on new hires...
Singapore is going to the dogs.
