Loanshark harasser nabbed

A 19-YEAR-OLD male was arrested on Wednesday night for suspected loanshark harassment.
Police officers were patrolling Yishun Ring Road when they noticed a young man behaving suspiciously.
As they approached him, he flung away a paper cup he was carrying away and ran.
Upon his capture, the police found among his possessions a paper cup containing red paint, a pen and a notepad filled with suspected debtors' records.
The suspect is believed to have carried out acts of harassment by splashing paint at units in Yishun estate. He will be charged in court on Friday.
