He fail to recognise the mportance of democracy and dangers of high social inequality. In equality globally has never been his high since he was born.

His over emphasis of leadership over an intelligent society with robust institutions represent an old obsolete view that good leadership is a necessary and sufficient condition perhaps 30 ..or 40 yrs ago. Good leadership alone is not sufficient more important today is informed and intelligent citizenry... the importance of bottom up ideas over top down guidance. The next generation's success does not rest on leaders but the strength of the people and the strength can overcome mediocre leadership.

The big flaw in the pap system and ideology is the belief and emphasis on leadership that suppress the ascension of the people and the alternatives. The empowerment of the people is a critical in our next phase ...leadership must not stand in the way of the people and it is the people who will lead the nation to the next level. Govt must shed its secrecy and empower the people with information. A collective approach not a top down leadership approach is the path to a better future. Trust in the people rather than suspicion of the people and their most powerful tool the Internet and social media is key.

The next successful chapter of the Singapore story is the RISE OF THE PEOPLE....not another pap leadership success story...that was yesterday we must look to the future. The next task of leadership is not to increase its control but to shift power back to the people
