Yes bro you are very right. I remenber a thread in the old forum where i start a thread on the govt half fuck answer and speech. Now after sometime i feel that the people they target in their half fuck reply is targeting at those who are iliterate or older generation cos they cant read or surf net thus only watch TV or hear-say from others.
