town council changes the letterbox to prevent business from throwing flyers into hdb letterbox so that their void deck will be cleaner. It is killing a lot of small business such as printing industry, renovation contractors, property / insurance agent and anyone else who wants to promote their business to resident.
BUT WHY DOES ONLY SINGPOST ABLE TO PUT IN FLYERS AND THEIR COST IS SO MUCH HIGER??? IS THIS SO CALLED " 只许官家放火, 不许人民点灯" IS IT A WISE MOVE TO MAKE LIVE DIFFICULT FOR SO MANY SINGAPOREAN WHO WANTS TO JUST MAKE AN HONEST LIVING BY GIVING ALL THE "CAKE" TO SINGPOST. TOWN COUNCIL MONEY BELONGS TO ALL SINGAPOREAN , THEY ARE USING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO PUT UP OBSTACLES FOR US TO MAKE A LIVING. VOTERS PLS THINK B4 YOU CAST YOUR VOTES

Don't think just about commercial interests. Think of how the opposition will not be able to reach out to the residents in HDB estates anymore. On the other hand, government organisations will be entrusted with the task of nation building and spreading the PAPzis' word.
