televator is of course a talking elevator which our resident goon is fighting against with now.
he is forced to pay $6k for the upgrading of upgrading talking elevator which is a total complacency of the towncouncil for overseeing the need to have upgraded elevator stopping level to every floor instead of half floor.
the craps they do and the the price we have to pay for their whammies and craps and goofups.
