It’s not Malaysian Police and its not Beng. If you listened to the conversation carefully, it happened in one of condo security office. That guy was caught while having a relationship with someone’s wife .

I think this is an old recording of supposed MACC abuse. This guy was detained by MACC, next day found dead in the building opposite MACC office. And a commission of inquiry was convened, it found no evicence of MACC abuse. But as we all know, it's Mudland...
