Conventional history has it that LCB was the main decision-maker / cause of SG's Separation from Malaysia.
However, LCB has pushed the ball to GKS, saying he(GKS) was the main player in precipitating Tunku's decision to have SG leave Malaysia.
Smart-ass LCB really first class - pushing blame to a dead man who has no way to respond / rebut. Let's see whether the bitch-whore Phua Swee Liang speaks up for GKS....
Now Dr Mutalib is asking LCB and/or the only other remaining insider at the time, Toh Chin Chye, to clarify.

Now that GKS has bitten the dust, don't you think LCB is counting sheep every night, wondering when it will be his turn? Already the old lady is half dead.

There's not alot left from his cohort. Only TCC is left, but then again, that man doesn't have so much blood on his hands.

Remember Macbeth? When a man's near his end, he will be delusional, and believes all the more in his own illusions of grandeur.

Old Man is going to live longer than Ass Loong. If Sinkapore Pools take bets, i think odds are pretty much 100:1 against Ass Loong.

I've asked around and got feedback from some old folks that was very active during the 60's between Malaysia & Singapore, the reply came as political exchange.
PAP set up Malaysian branch partaking in all constituency in Malaysia but loss terribly, not accepting defeat stirred up many problems communally. Big boss of Malaysia ordered assassination of ringleader and four gurkha guards were gunned down trying to shield LCB from the bullets. Running back to Singapore with his tail folded tightly between the legs, decided to beg for forgiveness, and Malaysia big boss offered to called off the hit in exchange for seperation.
There was never such things as no choice for Singapore to remain but a case save his own hide and if Singapore died because of that, it is just plain too bad! Lucky for him, there are loyalist like GKS & other old guards that created the miracle. But hey! This was deleted conveniently just like the Japanese aggression during WWII that was deleted from the textbook in Japan until the 80's.
Was LCB indeed lucky to escape from the Japanese execution when he was rounded up and marked for death during WWII? How did he escape when the detainees were all skewered on the palm & ankle & tied together and led away for marksman practice? Or was he one of those that should have been beaten to death for being a traitor after the war? (HAN JIAN) Hey! what do we know? Nobody is alive to verify this and nobody old enough to verify dares to jeopardise their grandchildrens livelihood & live just to prove a point!

The old folks you spoke too were also involved in snow white and the 7 dwarfs.

He can't be more happier now by putting words in a dead man's mouth and expect history to be different from what it originally was. Clever man and expect straits Times to craft all this words in stone. Remember the author of MIW said he believe in every words his master LKY said, and he will not question. So history has to be read from PAP point of view - be it fact or fiction.
