New board appointments at GIC
Mr Lee Kuan Yew will be senior advisor to the GIC Board from June 1, 2011. -- ST PHOTO: STEPHANIE YEOW

FROM June 1, 2011, Mr Lee Kuan Yew will be senior advisor to the GIC Board, after retiring from his positions as chairman and director.

Mr Lee Hsien Loong will be take on the position of GIC board chairman, also effective from June 1.
