Will give him credit for bringing this to light. However he should follow-up on what the Internet CSI unit have done. Too many questions and too little answers. The story is the procurement of the bicycles not the motivation behind the investigation.

Even if the Internet CSI investigator has a massive axe to grind and that his hypothetical Ex-wife is shacking up with GM of some Govt Dept and that he is seeking revenge is besides the point. He has raised enough questions for an elephant to get a hard- on while watching Ho Ching sun-bathing in the nude.
