STOMPer TorresGal spotted a woman carrying a dog in Changi Airport Terminal 1 and wonders if pets are allowed in the airport. The STOMPer says:

"I spotted these two women in Changi Airport Terminal 1 yesterday. One was carrying a dog and they were waiting in a crowded area at the arrival hall.

"It may be a small and harmless dog but my question is, are pets allowed in Changi Airport?

"I approached a staff at the information counter and was informed that no pets are allowed.

"But after that, she said that it is okay if it's a small dog.

"But pets are not even allowed in shopping centres and on public transport, so why is it okay in the airport?"
