Even when dinner's ready by 6.30pm; i have been deLaying them tiLL cLose to 10pm of Late..
No thanks to surfing SbF too much; way beyond my usuaL dinner time..:eek::D

That's right.

My wife thought got thunder. Now I know it is not thunder but Sin Choon eggs.

But I lov eggs, as hey remind me of my poor childhood. But constant medical check up is a must.

My best version of hard boiLed eggs are the ones where you boiL them for 4mins; run them under tap water to cooL
it, peeL the sheLLs off, break them apart; drain some Light sauce over them..it's hard on the outside & runny on the inside.So heaVenLy !..:)
 
Read the book, 'Warrior's Diet'.
It says skip breakfast and eat little throughout the day. Then eat a heavy supper.
This diet will keep us alert and energetic thru the day and stay lean no matter much much we eat supper.

I am trying it for a week. Just started today.

people said that breakfast is very important. don't eat breakfast, no energy to start the day. lunch can skip. dinner per normal, don't eat too much.
 
Depends on what you eat.

Take high protein food, with afew slices of fresh lemon, no oil, no sugar, no sodium and no carbs.
