Serious Large data file stored in handphone

I have a large data file stored in my handphone. Can't email it to myself as Gmail does not allow attachments of > 20 MB. How do I transfer it to my desktop HDD?

I solved the problem. Used an Android App that employs secure SSH to upload to my virtual private server.

My ssh connection was much faster than the dropbox upload
