A quick look through of the 72 page report is frightening - the disease is spread across institutions of learning, statutory boards, ministries etc etc.
We see reports like this every year, and we have never heard of anyone being charged in court for "corruption".
And presumably, these people were not even fired.
And the number of hands in the cookie jars increase.
And where are the ministers in all these?
Checking out their CPF statements?
