Land information from Master Plan

Hello all,

I am currently trying to get a resale flat and am paying a premium for the unblock view.

Now the problem is, there is this plot of land infront of the flat that i was about to purchase and i am trying to find out more info about the land from master plan with no information that i can use.

and idea is there any more site that i can try to get more info from.

PS - i do not have any friends that work in the govt agency.
