Others were using Loud Speakers to KBKP, but police did not arrest any one nor take any action.<br /><br />Alright! Singapore just became a free and democratic world! I am sad to say that you have received very poor education (in Singapore?) no need to say dictionary to cover yourself here.

Protest is the same as it ADVERTISE a message to the public.

The action / conduct are IDENTICAL.

The law cannot state anything that discriminate the objective of an advertising action (weather political or commercial or religious or whatever)

This violates constitution and will render any such law invalid.

You don't need dictionary, you need to go back to school.
