Chairlackey of the 'Poor Peasant Pay More Fares Committee', Richie Magma, outlined the terms of reference of his committee in a blog post on Monday.
Lackey Magma boasted that he will apply the Pareto Principle. If 20% of the middle caste peasants pay 80% of the total fares, it makes perfect sense to target those poor peasants and starve off using Quantum Mechanics principles.
