PEASANTPORE: Peasant Representative for Tampines GRC, Lackey Baey Ah Keng has no choice but to 'reactively' propose mandatory red tape for heavy vehicles to stay off peasant areas. This will allow them to kill other pedestrians elsewhere, preferably pedestrians who cannot vote or create trouble online.

Lackey Baey had earlier suggested re-routing heavy vehicles so that they avoid areas near schools or busy walkways following the tragic accident which took place in Tampines on January 28. However many greedy transport merchants have anticipated this move and used their baboons to lobby No Porn Lui and apply pressure on 'jiao liao bee' LTA just because they pay handsome lorry haulage 'taxes'.

Two brothers, aged seven and 13, died after their bicycle was hit by a cement truck at the junction of Tampines Avenue 9 and Tampines Street 45.

In a mature peasant estate like Tampines, with a built-up network of roads, greedy merchants want to use all roads even if their lorry drivers terrorise other road users on high pedestrian traffic. However Lackey Baey believes his wayang will simply die a natural death but he has scored the necessary retail politics points.

Lackey Baey said: "Greedy lorry owners-cum-drivers, in their profession, they are paid according to the trips. Like we minions' bonuses dependent on GDP. So naturally they are anxious or in a hurry to complete the journey regardless of safety and they knew they will come off unscathed in any accident. Just like Bargain Hen who simply import cheap foreigners to boost GDP, meet his KPIs and collect fat cat stipends and bonuses whille peasants suffer?!

"But we will need their wayang cooperation. I know they pay lorry taxes, but in this case lan lan hor, if peasants think we want to help merchants, that cost votes and lorry owners are not voting blocs..... Indeed if peasants deemed a longer route is a safer route for other road users, then we must be seemed fucking asking lorry owners to help us in this. Otherwise those Jane Austen lumpar netizens will use this as an excuse to write long arty farty letters to make Ruler Loong look like a merchant from Persia. I cannot understand why they like to pick on lorry drivers otherwise they have to go back to loan-sharking with all these arty farty rules."

A day after the tragic accident, Lackey Baey immediately wrote in to the housing and transport lackeys to show peasants he is trying to find a solution on the matter after lives have been lost.

He has asked the Birdcage Board (HDB) and the 'jiat leow bee' Land Transport Authority (LTA) to work with their lowly paid contractors and explore alternative routes for heavy vehicles to the construction sites.

Both lackeys have replied to him, saying they are taking the issue seriously in theory but the status quo is likely and they will discuss this issue with lorry owners during their weekend KTV meetings.

Lackey Baey has also called for a review of the traffic management at the Tampines junction where two boys were killed, implying lorry drivers have the license to kill school children cyclists elsewhere.

He asked the Traffic Poodles for a report on the frequency of accidents there and they claimed
only three reported accidents at the junction since 2009, including the one on Monday. Wise peasants know many unreported incidents are cleverly masked with this gesture.

As usual, the recent accident has prompted calls for action to promote road safety and lumpar Ang Moh cyclists and their bapok supporters are trying to play Pious Peter and use this accident to further their own selfish aims.

The Peasantpore Safety Council said it planned to publish a book on cycling guidelines to warn cyclists that Asiatic roads do not welcome them.

Lackey Baey stressed the need to ascertain the cause of the accident because he does not believe the tax paying truck driver is a gangster on the roads.

Lackey Baey hinted: "The two peasants boys were cycling, huh, that's against the laws and regulations.....but they were crossing the traffic junction when that happened. So clever peasants should guess whether a walking pedestrian would have suffered the same fate when that happened.

"So lumpar cyclist activists, do not use this as an excuse to pressure Ruler Loong hor, let us not jump to any conclusion because Ruler Loong never give you cycling lanes, this will happen hor.

Thats why Ang Moh always say, need to understand the root of the accident and then use Big Balls Theorem to address it squarely and promptly on that. No understand? Retake your O levels in 2013 ok?"

Sadly the brothers will be cremated on January 31 thanks to a gangster lorry driver on the road.
