前厨师爆料：著名火锅店顾客吃剩麻辣油　回收再端上餐桌

前厨师指本地一家著名麻辣火锅店，竟把顾客吃完且丢满垃圾的麻辣油回收打捞，然后重新端上桌给其他顾客！

之前媒体报道，中国有些黑心火锅店回收和使用地沟油，没想到本地也有一家火锅店也踢爆同样“黑心”。

向《联合晚报》爆料的王先生（36岁）来自中国，前年8月至去年11月就在这家麻辣火锅店当厨师。

他说，顾客吃完火锅，侍应生收拾桌上垃圾后，把火锅拿回厨房，锅内常堆满用过的纸巾、烟蒂、牙签等垃圾，顾客甚至可能在里面吐痰，非常恶心。

“在厨房，从厨师、侍应生到主管，每次端上新锅前，就从旧锅取5勺脏油，掺两勺新准备的麻辣油拌在一起，再端上桌。”

他还说，麻辣油进进出出厨房，天天重复使用，没有过滤。有时，捞出来的油会装在大垃圾袋或盆内储藏。

前厨师声称，黑心油吃坏顾客肚子；他还列清单揭发火锅店罪状；火锅店业者：正规餐馆绝不会这样做；美食家：在中国‘千年汤’长时间用同一锅汤涮肉吃。完整报道，请翻阅26.03.2011《联合晚报》。

Last week I was at the shop and the PRC woman was attending to a customer. There were no other people around so I waited patiently for my turn. She did not even glance at me. Later a PRC couple walked in and she immediately acknowledge them and told them to wait.

When she finished attending to the first customer she ignored me and attended to the PRC couple. I had to wait until another PRC attendant appearred and attended to me! I communicated to her in hokkien.

When I complained subsequently to the first attendant about ignoring me when I was first in line, she fiercely and arrogantly replied in mandarin - "What , what?"

You're now a 2nd class citizen in your own country!!!!!

You either have to take up arms and drive the bastards out or get the hell of the country yourself. :p
