Hic ! Its normal downtime to be expected for a civil service website. You think they can be bothered when elections is not even near yet to entertain all of us with any level of pleasantries.

For anyone who had use the PLUS system from the Police Licensing Dept for application; that one will indeed make you vomit blood till you drop. The system has been implemented for years and the frequency of sudden downtime is atrocious. Not to mention whoever design the web system and its layout should be shot literally.

This has to be the most amatuerish government system I have come across in Singapore.
