Not only did he smash the windows and large mirrors of multiple cars in a parking lot shirtless, but he also slashed his arms and neck with the back of a knife many times. Judging by several recent media reports, there are also quite a no. of people on our roads w/o a valid driver's licence. This includes a father who ran over and killed his own child while driving a delivery van.
