Has anyone here experienced trying to call KK Women's Hospital billing enquiries at Tel: 63552557?

I spent the last hour trying to call that billing enquiries number. unable to get through

But my call was to check on over charging in the billing. so no choice but to persist and try to call KK Hospital. But they seem to be unreachable

go down to reception counter n refuse to butt until someone come. I think there is a dedicated counter for checking records or something, well you can claim to be checking records, the accuracy of them.

I wanted to query on a test they charged me. Not big sum but baffling charge.
