Kiasoo Unifi Mobile broadband malaysia

Just did a top of Unifi prepaid.. kaiso company does not even offer broadband tethering on its mobile data. does any one know how to have a work around?

Also the prepaid has no direct speak to customer and neither does it have a god response to its tickets raised on the Unifi universe app
