STOMPer Jack saw this man jabbing at someone in the car with an umbrella in an apparent dispute over a crushed drink bottle. The STOMPer said that they were shouting in Hokkien and hurling vulgarities at one another.

The driver had apparently driven over a drink bottle and crushed it. The incident happened on Wednesday (Apr 28) in a Bishan carpark.

He said:

“I was on my way back and saw the dispute at the car block below my Bishan block.

“The driver seems to have ran over the guy's bottle drink as the guy was arguing about it while pointing towards the bottle drink under the car's tire.

“When I reached home, the quarrel was still going on.

“I captured these shots while observing them.

“Both of them raised their voices and the guy eventually stabbed the driver with an umbrella but to no avail.

“The driver quickly drove off and the guy left the scene a moment afterwards.”
