No you think too lowly of Sporeans. I can assure you the young of Spore don't cut queue and in fact they are very patient like once when I took some time to upload my transitlink card as I was not familiar with it. I have never experienced being cut queue in Spore in few decades but have experienced several times in JB in just few years. And all the queue cutters I met are mudlander Chinese.
