World Cup fans plan protest

The place: Speakers' Corner. Disgruntled football fans, upset over what they deem to be high subscription prices charged by SingTel and StarHub for their World Cup coverage, will gather at Hong Lim Park to voice their unhappiness.
The man behind this event, Mr Andy Tan Heok, has decided to make a stand by initiating a peaceful demonstration.
Mr Tan, 36, who runs his own creative consultancy, obtained a permit to hold a demonstration from the National Parks Board last Thursday.
