As reported by Mouthpiece CNA
PEASANTPORE: Local peasants have identified overloading of work and unrealistic deadlines as the main reasons for not being able to achieve work-life balance in Peasantpore.
A recent survey on work-life balance in Peasantpore found that nearly nine out of 10 peasant serfs surveyed worked beyond their official hours but take home peanut pay to resist cheaper foreign worker invasion. It is understood lackeys and minions who are paid millions usually delegate their work to their lesser underlings. For example, former lackey Tan Yong Soon claimed he pushed his work to the lower ranks so that he can be a $45,000 kitchen help in a french eatery.
Beyond working hours, 70 per cent chose to complete unfinished work in the office while the remaining 30 per cent chose to bring work home.
The survey by recruiter Jobstreet.com also found that only 30 per cent of the respondents claimed that their companies (probably the Ang Moh ones) had initiatives in place to promote work-life balance. Asiatic merchants do not believe in work-life balance except their profits and believe peasants must toil till they drop dead.
45 per cent hinted that their merchant bosses, especially the Asiatic ones, pay lip service to work-life balance with policies in place just for wayang or PR.
Peasant respondents suggested corporate tax relief and enforcement of policies as steps that the regime can take to encourage more companies to promote work-life balance at the workplace. This is unlikely to happen as Ruler Loong market his local peasants as cheap serfs to be exploited by foreign and local merchants. Many Asiatic merchants are dying to use this as an excuse to hire more foreign serfs.
About 650 peasant and 135 merchants participated in the survey that was conducted in September. It is understood that Jobstreet will probably give more details of the survey so that the Infernal Security Dogs will hound the whistleblowers for making Ruler Loong look like a fool.
