I only deal with overseas recruiter that specialized in one area. Local recruiters are all fucked-up, no exceptions. And I have no qualms fucking them for their lack of knowledge and professionalism.

Recruitment agencies dont get pay if candidates does not stay for a period as stated in employer and recruiting agent contract.

Job agency recruiters are the scumbags who can't find proper HR work and are no different from used car salesmen. But.... that's not to say HR are any good, most are scumbags and real losers.

Last time got 1 recruiter send me for interview, end up the job is a downgrade but money higher than current one. I got offered the job but I decided to reject it.

The recruiter keep harassing my phone and bombarding non stop trying to make me accept the job
