Johor cop accused of being 'friendly' with woman removed from patrol unit

JOHOR BARU - A policeman from the Segamat district police headquarters has been removed from its patrol unit following a viral photo of him being "friendly" with a woman dressed in short pants and a singlet.
State police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Khalil Kader Mohd said the policeman has been removed from the unit with immediate effect.
"However, investigations are ongoing," he said when contacted Monday.
Picture of the policeman talking to the woman, who is believed to be a prostitute, went viral on Facebook.
A video, which went viral on Facebook, allegedly showed the policemen - believed to be from the D7 unit of the Muar district police headquarters - "having fun" at an entertainment centre.
