Transvestite fined for soliciting

A FILIPINO transvestite, who was arrested for for soliciting in a public place, was fined $700 on Wednesday.
Jaykyl Bilbao De La Cruz, 24, had approached an undercover cop outside the SummerView Hotel along Bencoolen Street on Tuesday evening to offer sexual services for $100.
After lowering the price to $80, they then went to the nearby Hotel 81 where other officers placed De La Cruz under arrest.
The foreigner was here on a social visit pass till Oct 6.
