You cannot compared a high IQ society with a low IQ society. Indonesia v India more likely. My prediction both will still stuck as both nations have lower IQ on average. They could definitely beat African countries which are at the bottom of the rung.

Trouble with indonesia is that the rich are not paying their fair share in taxes. Instead, the money are dumped in tax havens and i hope that will explain why singapore got their mrt first.
