Ling Liong Sik's lawyer confirms he has been served with the papers of the defamation suit filed by PM Najib.
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 30 (MySinchew) -- Former MCA president Tun Ling Liong Sik's lawyer firm Ranjit Singh & Yeoh confirmed today he had been served with the papers of the defamation suit filed by prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
Najib filed the defamation suit at the High Court on Oct 27 against Ling for accusing him of "putting the people’s money in his own pocket".
