Despite reading numerous media reports of loanshark runners being arrested,the Big fish is still swimming freely.Alot of innocent residents had been victims to such unscruplous act of vandalism.Is it really IMPOSSIBLE to arrest this loanshark kingpin? Are we waiting for something tragic to happen,then the Police will begin to act????

The real culprits are those who borrow and then don't pay back. Loan sharks are just banks who don't pay tax.
