yep! that's why the rich and the powderful could easily get away with it. no matter how big or small a crime it it is, all they need is to pay generously to engage a shrewd lawyer. even the death would be revive to life by that lawyer who doesn't need to be good, ethical or whatever. he just needs to be very shrewd and any crime would be argued until it becomes like a charitable deed.
