My friend was earning quite ok salary happily paying tax till last year his job was taken by FTs. As this year's assessment is for last year, he needs to pay the bloody tax even he is unemployed now. You think this is not funny ?

he should manage his finances
he should keep aside some of his earnings for taxes

haha stupid,who ask ur friend dont live in a socialist welfare country?he be collecting jobless benefits now.anyway his job dont have tax withholding purpose?can withhold salary for tax and if theres excess at the end of the financial year can refund.
