everywhere even in HongKong, USA, Europe have such laws and are enforced strictly, why shoudl singapore be so different? The guy who got the summon deserve it. The worst culprits are th elorry and taxi drivers who leave the diesel engiine running and pollute the air with diesel fumes while they go inside the goffee shop to drink and smoke. Can't undertsand why the blardy farkers they cannot just switch off the engines for a while. I love to take movies and photos of such recalcitrant b@stards vehicles and call NEA to summon them on the spot. these @ssholes deserve it . the haze is bad and the diesel fumes just make it worse. These Farkers should just connect a hose from the exhaust pipe into thier cabins . usual culprits are low class taxidrivers and lorry drivers who cannot afford a car

This Officer must be an ex-saiLor; just by Looking at his signature.Nice..:)

The NEA officer must have seen him making love inside the car in the car park lot and got jealous.

It is quite a frightful thought that NEA spies are prowling all over the places.

P.S: The enforcement officer's name is ALRAHMAN BIN (something).

How else do you expect them to do their jobs?
