根據東方日報今天的報導，這艘義大利郵輪名為「經典號」，於20日從香港出發，展開越南及海南島6天之旅，當時船上有來自世界各地約1600名遊客。
報導表示，郵輪出發後，船上旅客已投訴不斷，包括要經常排隊才能享用郵輪設施，以及食物素質欠佳。
行程至第5天，郵輪準備在三亞靠岸之際，船公司突然向船上大陸籍旅客發信，指三亞海關政策改變，持單次越南個人簽證而無港澳通行證的陸客，不能上岸觀光，船公司會向受影響旅客每人賠償75美元船上消費減免。
但陸客對此強烈不滿，與船員理論，更在郵輪出口及船長室門外集結，要求與船長對話，場面一度混亂，通道受阻，令香港及其他國家旅客也延遲上岸。
報導表示，事件擾攘至昨日凌晨仍未解決。
有陸客透過網路指出，「傲慢的義大利船長龜縮在室內，始終沒露頭，大家主張，我們不僅要求合理退費，更重要是船方需還我尊嚴！」
報導引述深圳旅客陳秀峰說，他花上人民幣1萬多元（新台幣47200元）參加這趟旅程，但旅程令船上400多名陸客感到受辱及受騙。
陳秀峰說，他們已成立了臨時維權委員會，要追究事件到底。他說，他曾3次向船上酒店主管投訴，要求最少賠償300美元，但對方堅拒，連基本道歉也沒有。
「經典號」已於昨日返港。據報導，船上的香港旅客對郵輪提供的服務也十分不滿，並為陸客感到不值，認為郵輪應盡早告知陸客有關情況。
港人馬先生說，他們一家五口花了港幣六萬元（新台幣228000元）參加這趟旅程，卻換來一肚子氣。
他指出，行程中，郵輪連日出現嚴重延誤。
持加拿大護照的港人黃先生夫婦投訴說，昨天他們原定下午1至2時抵港下船，但早上9點半旅客已被趕離房間，到下午2時還未拿到護照。
黃先生說，旅客問船員情況時，所有船員都說不知道，報警也沒用。
香港旅遊業議會總幹事董耀中接受該報訪問時說，已接獲旅行社通知，指三亞行程臨時縮短，相信旅行社會與郵輪公司商討跟進事宜。1010126
