Serious Israel, in a first, files charges against Muslim parents for underage sharia marriage

In a first and a precedent-setting move, Israel has filed charges against Muslim parents for marrying off their underage children. The prosecution handed down “indictments against three fathers and one couple for facilitating the underage marriage of their daughters aged from 11 to 14 years of age.”

They were operating according to the norms of the Sharia. Muhammad married Aisha when she was six years old and consummated the marriage when she was nine. (Sahih al-Bukhari, 7:62:64)

Bedouin girls marry young and there are high birth rates among Bedouin communities; it is not
uncommon for a woman to have six to ten children.

a 1950 law that was never enforced in the Bedouin community, allows marriage from the age of 18 unless sanctioned by family court.
According to the charges, the accused arranged for their daughters to marry men that in some cases were much older than the young girls with the content of the Sharia court…..

Muslims are prohibited from marrying the underage.


2:221 And do not marry the pagan women until they believe. And do not marry the underage girls. Believing women are better from the pagan women although they allure you. And do not marry the idol worshipers (men/women) (musyrikeen) until they believe - and the slaves (men/women) who believe are better from the idol worshipers - although they might allure you. It is they who call you to the Fire. And God calls you to the garden and forgiveness with His permission. And He explains His signs to them so that they can remember.

Of course in my opinion, all those who serve their religion are pagans. Idol worshippers. Muslims are suppose to serve only God by doing good deeds. No rituals.

PLO and Hamas leaders will not get financial contributions if they did not cause Palestinians to suffer. Its only from images of Palestinians babies dying will they get money.
Currently they get money to stay out of trouble as saudi sees israel as friends and less of a threat than iran.
