Why? Because he suggested racial riot in an incident that has nothing to do with race.

Why does he even mention racial riot? The incident is just about one man wrongfully assaulting a thief who is a boy? Does it really matter if the man is a Chinese and boy is a Malay?

I believe Sam the forum owner when he says that this forum does not track the IP address. However, the Equation is beyond Sam.

I remembered that Sam said before that the Host can reveal the IP addresses when they are told by the US (or relevant country) authorities to do so.

But I reckon that for the US or relevant country authorities to ask for the info from the Host, it will not be just for trivial matters like offensive remarks, criticism, KPKB, insults, civil issues whatsoever but only entertain for serious offences. Terrorism is one such serious offence. How about calling for racial riots?

Assuming if some chump make a terrorist thread in this forum, I am sure the local authorities will request from the US authorities (or relevant country) and they will act and visit the Host office to get the info...
