While I touched largely on Chinese military, their partner and ally in arms, Russia, is also very much on the top. In many areas better than US of A. Russians were the first to design and use ERA.

This might make interesting reading for those interest, and shock ,most of you as well. That Russian got goodies so far ahead of US of A and rest of the world.
Those that think Russia will fold up at sniff of US of A will be in for big surprise.
