I think is block by Singtel and Starhub.
They received the order by PAP to do so. Worry story such as
1. DOG food,
2. Student force to volunteer,
3. Cannot wear this and that to the game,
4. Force to move out of NTU hoatel
5. Flood
6. Only $360/month gov support need to beg somemore

Too many story need to cover up.
