Is $1300psf and above for Outside core region condo a new norm?

One bedder condo at many new launch( OCR ) are asking $1500 and above, two three rooms asking for $1300 average. Guys in the know, do you think this is just bubble or the new norm for Singapore properties? I'm trying to find a small unit but can't find such pricing too high, am I living in the past or these current buyers are too optimistic ???

With such small land mass and the ever growing population through greater influx,

IT IS HARD FOR PROPERTY PRICES TO GO BACK TO THE OLD DAYS.

We have to stop living in the past and now use this lull to test our skill and luck to pick up a bargain.
