Iran would be better off holding talks with afghanistan, pakistan, uzbekistan and other stans. Iran has the sea link and the rest are land locked.

If the Western media is correct, or if reliable, many of Iran's missile launchers have already been destroyed. Without these, the missiles cannot be deployed, rendering them as good as useless. Furthermore, whenever they will launch new missiles, the enemies (especially Israel) will search for their origins (via satellite tracking) and if they are not moved away fast, they risk being destroyed.
