The 'facts' is not 'real' of course. Unless PAP run another fake survey for the Braddell prostitutes. Have a friend who works in the Govt stats department. She was visibility angry when I told her her department is just another propaganda arm. I took her at her words and wrote to them asking about discrepancies in their numbers as I needed timeline data. They tai-chi it by referring to the Govt agency involved, who as usual, happened do a very recent 'comprehensive survey' and decided not to report anymore because of security reasons. My methods were more scientific although I did make an assumption that the average inhabitant in sinkieland produces 500gm of shit daily.
