Singapore-based ChemOne seeks over US$2.7b loan for Pengerang chemical plant in Johor — Bloomberg
https://theedgemalaysia.com/node/758084

This is a typical green-financing scam. The true beneficial owners of this company are from a near bankrupt indonesian company. They are plotting to secure a big loan, and exhaust the funds and let the project go bust. After which, they will get a proxy to buy the assets cheaply from the creditors.

Hope our banks will avoid.

Most scams have originated or are associated with this scammy island.

I dont see anything green about this project. It is basically a chemical plant.
