Indonesia deports 24 Chinese citizens

Medan, N Sumatra (ANTARA News) - The Indonesian authorities in Medan, North Sumatra, deported 24 Chinese citizens on Friday for violating their stay permits, a local immigration official said.
Chief of the Immigration Detention House of Medan Herdaus said here on Sunday that the Chinese citizens were deported at 1 pm on Friday using a Silk Air plane through Kualanamu International Airport.
"We deported them because they violated their stay permits," he said.
